Plans change? Now you can cancel scheduled maintenance
Good news! We know that sometimes scheduled maintenance doesn't go ahead as planned - maybe you found a better time, or the changes weren't needed after all.
You can now formally cancel maintenance directly from Sorry, keeping your subscribers in the loop with a single click.
What's new:
- Post an update to any maintenance and mark it as cancelled
- Cancelled maintenance moves to your status page history and displays with
strikethroughstyling, making them easy to spot - Your subscribers receive a notification (just like any other update)
No more leaving scheduled maintenance sitting in limbo or posting workaround updates. When plans change, you can now communicate that clearly and confidently.
