We've improved the subject lines of status update notification emails to make them clearer and more scannable in your subscribers' inboxes.
What's Changed:
Removed "Status Update:" prefix – We've dropped the redundant "Status Update:" text from all email subjects to reduce noise.
Better context for Collections – If you use Collections, we now include the page name in the subject line so subscribers immediately know which service is impacted.
Examples:
Before: Status Update: [Investigating] API Gateway Timeout
After: [Investigating] API Gateway Timeout
For Collections:
Payment Service: [Recovering] Checkout Portal Issue
These changes apply immediately to all new status update emails sent from your status pages.
