Added dual-booting in preparation for platform upgrades
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our underlying platform remains performant and secure, we have today added the ability to dual-boot our production servers on both the current and next major versions of Ruby on Rails at the flick of a switch.
This will allow us to upgrade with much less friction, and roll back in the event that we find a compatibility issue. This means we can upgrade earlier and with less risk.
There are no visible changes for customers in this release.
