We've had the ok from our provider that all connectivity issues has now been fully resolved.

While all Status Pages continue to run just fine and dandy. We are still seeing the odd API call fail up in the US north region. I will carry on monitoring things here.

Quick update everyone, Status pages and the API have been running as normal for the last hour or so, we will be keeping an eye on the connectivity issue with our provider while they are recovering things on their end.

One of our platform providers have confirmed that they are experiencing issues.

This is resulting in some problems accessing Status Pages and the API.

Their engineers are working to.get things back to normal.

I'll come back with another update shortly, as soon as I know more.
