So definitely a false alarm folks, services our end are running fine, just our poor monitoring provider having a wobble. Enjoy the rest of your day.
This is looking like a false-alarm. Some issues with Amazon Web Services are having a knock-on effect with our monitoring platform, meaning it's struggling to see us and confirm that we're online - incorrectly reporting that we are having issues ourselves.
I'll update you all again shortly.
Our monitoring is telling us that we may have an issue which is effecting customers from Western Europe, preventing them from logging in to their accounts, although status pages themselves appear unaffected.
We're in the process of looking a little deeper into this. I'll post another update the moment I have more information.
