Database upgrades appear to have been successful, thanks so much for your patience. All systems are go.
Customer logins are now back online and our updates are complete. We are now doing some quick quality checks to ensure all went to plan.
We are now taking customer logins offline for around 10 minutes - status pages won’t be affected.
The planned maintenance will start in around 30 minutes. Status pages themselves won’t be affected however customer logins will be unavailable for a short period.
At 3pm today customer logins will be unavailable for around 10 minutes however status pages themselves won’t be affected. This is while we upgrade our database servers.
