Routine Database Maintenance

Our platform provider will perform routine maintenance to our database cluster on May 20th during our agreed maintenance window of 09:00 - 13:00 UTC.

We do not anticipate any substantial downtime. However, the management UI and REST API may be interrupted briefly during the window.

Whilst maintenance windows are 4 hours long, our provider attempts to begin the maintenance as close to the beginning of the window as possible, the maintenance itself usually only takes 10-60 seconds to complete.

We will provide updates in this notice as the maintenance progresses.
