Fixed a bug with repeat statuses appearing on notice updates
When posting an update to a notice without changing the notice's state, the new update should appear on the notice's timeline labelled as Updated; however, it was instead repeating the state, such as Investigating or Identified.
We have now released a patch for this bug.
