Customers who have Single-Sign-On enabled on their account now have the option to choose whether team members can continue to sign in with Email and Password or only use SSO.
Users who you configure as SSO Only will no longer be able to log in using their existing username and password, nor will they be able to reset their password using the Forgotten password feature.
This new option is configurable on a per-user basis, allowing you to maximise security while still allowing specific glass breakers on your team to log in using their traditional email and password, even if your identity provider is offline.
You'll find this new option when adding and editing users in the Team Members section.
To learn more, read our help article on how to Configure SSO with any Identity Provider.
